About the Role
Your role will be pivotal in taking ownership of our frontend development, ensuring our customer-facing systems are not just functional but are also a beacon of our commitment to quality and innovation.This role is pivotal in developing and overseeing our frontend/documentation/UI development vertical. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll take ownership of our frontend tech stack, with a particular focus on React and other modern web technologies. Your mission will be to craft seamless user experiences that align with our vision of making sophisticated fintech solutions accessible and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Fronted Development: Spearhead the development of robust, scalable frontend systems. Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Strategic Ownership: Take full ownership of the frontend vertical, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with our business goals and user needs.
- Team Building and Leadership: Play a critical role in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of frontend developers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.
- Technical Excellence: Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and trends. Advocate for and implement improvements to our development processes and tooling.
About You
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in frontend development, with a deep understanding of React and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams with a hands-on approach. You're as comfortable coding as you are strategizing and mentoring.
- Problem Solver: A knack for tackling complex problems with innovative solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at keeping projects on track.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
