Hans Henrik Hoffmeyer
Hans Henrik Hoffmeyer is Co-founder and COO of crypto payment service Coinify. With a career spanning over 30 years, Hoffmeyer has held various VP positions at industry-leading companies such as IBM, Oracle, Pandora, and Nets. His extensive expertise in the technology industry has made him a valuable contributor to the development of innovative payment solutions.
Claus Nielsen
Claus Nielsen is a seasoned financial executive with a wealth of expertise in the banking industry. He boasts over 30 years of experience, during which he held the position of Head of Markets for Saxo Bank and was a member of the executive management group from 2008 to 2018. Nielsen's extensive knowledge and leadership have made him a valuable advisor to Northstake.
Payam Samarghandi
Payam is General Counsel and lawyer with Samar Law. He is highly specialized on all legal aspects relating to cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and ether. He has established a broad international network, a vast amount of experience, and an in-depth blockchain industry knowledge. Payam also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, the Dai Foundation (MakerDao).
Richard Breiter
Richard Breiter is Co-founder and General Partner in the Danish VC fund, PSV Tech01, a part of the renowned, early-stage venture house, PreSeed Ventures. With more than 10 years within VC investing and a background in engineering, he has been through thick and thin with a large number of tech startups – among others Coinify within the crypto space. Breiter’s hands-on experience and know-how in scaling companies makes him a strong fit for Northstake and our future journey.
Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson is an experienced advisor in the crypto ecosystem. Jackson currently serves as director at Fabric Ventures, and has previously served as board member at Blockchain.com and was an early member of the Bitcoin Foundation. In addition, Jackson sits on the board of large, systemically regulated companies such as AXA Insurance, Volvo Cars and Luminor Bank.

Jesper Johansen
Jesper has more than +15 years in technology and management consulting from Accenture and Deloitte, where he has advised clients on technology and blockchain use case adoption and digital transformation. He holds an MBA, B.Sc. International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Luca Sorlini
Luca graduated with an M.Sc. in Economics and Finance and worked in private equity, where he assisted the execution of several leveraged buyouts in the UK and Denmark. Luca is passionate that blockchain provides us with the foundations to build more inclusive, transparent and efficient financial services.

Søren Als
Søren has over 10 years experience in software and data engineering, with an M.Eng in Software. He works with startups to build fully operational data-pipelines and machine learning models. Søren enjoys taking complex and disparate data and making it readily available, both for business and customer insights. He enjoys building data platforms using the latest technologies and AI that are fast and future proof.
