Sustainability Disclosures
In accordance with Article 66(5) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), Northstake publishes information on the principal adverse impacts on the climate and other environment-related adverse impacts of the consensus mechanisms used to issue the crypto-assets for which we provide services. The disclosures follow the template set out in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/422.

Northstake provides custody of crypto-assets across multiple blockchain networks. The disclosures cover the consensus mechanism of each network. Individual ERC-20 tokens and other tokens issued on these networks do not operate independent consensus mechanisms — their climate and environmental impact is attributable to the underlying network on which they are issued
