Jesper has more than +15 years in technology and management consulting from Accenture and Deloitte, where he has advised clients on technology and blockchain use case adoption and digital transformation. He holds an MBA, B.Sc International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper has more than +10 years of experience from Deloitte, where he advised clients on blockchain adoptions. He has served as an advisor to the World Economic Forum's Centre for the 4th Industrial Revolution. Jesper holds a M.Sc. Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and B.Sc. in Physics and Nanotechnology from Danish Technical University (DTU).

Payam is General Counsel and lawyer with Samar Law. He is highly specialized on all legal aspects relating to cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and ether. He has established a broad international network, a vast amount of experience, and an in-depth blockchain industry knowledge. Payam also serves as a member  of the Board of Trustees, the Dai Foundation

With a background in philosophy and robotics system design, Stefan has more than 10 years experience in software/systems engineering. Stefan graduated with a Ph.D in Philosophy & Social Robot Technology, and strives to build systems and development teams that are coherent, robust and flexible. He ensures that the Northstake platform is always at the cutting edge of modern DeFi technology.

Luca graduated with an MS.c in economics and finance and worked in private equity, where he assisted the execution of several leveraged buyouts in the UK and Denmark. Luca is passionate that blockchain provides us with the foundations to build more inclusive, transparent and efficient financial services. He contributes to northstake by analyzing various forms of data and making sure Northstake is compliant with applicable regulatory frameworks.

Søren has over 10 years experience in software and data engineering, with an M.Eng in Software. He works with startups to build fully operational data-pipelines and machine learning models. Søren enjoys taking complex and disparate data, and make it readily available both for business and customer insights. He enjoys building data platforms using the latest technology and AI that are fast and future proof.

Emil is an accomplished mathematician and cryptographer, who have built and developed blockchains, peer-to-peer networks, custody solutions and smart contracts for a.o. Bitfinex, Vega Protocol, Heimdall and Ethereum. Emil is an expert in RUST, WASM, Solidity to name a few.​

Thomas is a true crypto enthusiast. Prior to joining northstake, Thomas was a Junior Treasurer in a listed Danish company, while pursuing his MSc. in Finance & Strategic Management. Thomas is passionate in finding and pursuing the most attractive blockchain opportunities, and maximizing staking rewards for Northstake’s clients.

Martin is an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. His strongholds are digital strategy, sales, business intelligence, and marketing strategy and has more than10 years experience in commercial leadership experience and holds a B.Sc. Marketing Management.

Jesper has  +15 years of experience within product management, product innovation, business and product strategy, software development. He holds a Ph.D in Mathmatics & Physics from Danish Technical University (DTU) & Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
